How you use it: You track your estimated tax bill and create professional invoices on the move via the mobile app.

How we use it: We utilise Dext to automate the extraction of data from your receipts and invoices directly into your accounting software.

How you use it: You simply snap a photo of your receipts or forward email invoices to a dedicated address to eliminate manual paperwork.

How we use it: We deploy Hubdoc to automatically synchronise your bank statements and recurring bills with your digital files.

How you use it: No more storing of paper receipts, now all of your receipts can be electronically stored, ensuring accuracy within your accounts and reclaiming all VAT which you have paid out.

Streem Connect

Streem Connect

How we use it: We use Streem Connect to create a secure bridge between your bank and our reporting tools, such as Xero.

How you use it: You provide a secure one-time authorisation to allow your bank data to flow seamlessly into your accounting ecosystem. Once access has been granted, you will no longer have to provide bank statements, giving you more time to focus on what really matters.

How you use it: You approve a single mandate to automate your recurring payments and reduce administrative burden.

How we use it: This is our internal engine for workflow and task management to ensure no statutory deadline is ever missed.

How you use it: You receive secure requests for information and can upload documents directly into a transparent project timeline. You will also have a client portal where you can see all document requests in one easy to understand place.

How we use it: We use this high-performance software for finalising statutory accounts and complex tax computations.

How you use it: You review and digitally sign your year-end documents through your secure Karbon portal. This helps explain and visualise your tax amounts.

How we use it: We process your monthly payroll and manage pension submissions to ensure full HMRC compliance.

How you use it: Your employees can access their own secure portal to view payslips and request annual leave.

Our process is built on a specific ecosystem of softwares to keep your business moving and maintain full compliance.

Step 01

Data & Documentation

Clients use Dext/Hubdoc to submit all financial documents. We then obtain your bank feeds from Streem Connect and ensure that we have all of your receipts and invoices to produce accurate accounting records in real time. This makes it simple to identify any missing information which we can request at the start of the process.

Your Accounting Software

We manage your accounts through Xero, QuickBooks, or FreeAgent. This provides the central hub for your business’s live financial position and bank reconciliations.

Payroll & Compliance

Payroll is processed via BrightPay, while statutory filings and tax compliance are handled through IRIS. Overall practice management is overseen in Karbon to ensure deadlines are never missed.

To keep the system running, your fixed monthly fee is handled automatically via GoCardless. We expect all clients to maintain a "digital-first" approach by uploading receipts as they occur to ensure accurate, real-time advice.
